Tim Pruett
My testimony is one of God’s Grace and mercy. I am first and foremost a sinner saved by the grace of God through Jesus Christ. I grew up in Christian home with parents who loved the Lord. I grew up in the church being exposed my entire life to the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
I graduated from North Greenville, which is a Christian university. And I now work for
Southeastern Freight whose owners are strong believers and openly share their faith. God has used all these experiences to grow and nurture my faith. And for that I am grateful!
It was around the age of 7 that I made a proclamation of faith, and I became a communicant member of Providence Presbyterian Church in Spartanburg, SC at age 13. After graduating college, I moved to the Columbia area and married my wife Emilie. We started attending Rivercrest in summer of 2018 after moving to Lexington. Since becoming members of Rivercrest, God has blessed us with our two sons, James and Liam.
We are thankful to be part of a community that supports and encourages us in their discipleship. God continues to use this church community to draw us closer to Him. Jeremiah 30:22, reminds us, “And you shall be my people, and I will be your God.” â€I am truly thankful that Christ has adopted me into the family of the living God, and I pray that I serve Him and His church with meekness and joy.
