Jason Fulmer

I was raised in a Christian home in Springfield, South Carolina. Through this, the Lord has graciously allowed me to see his sovereignty and providence in incredible ways.  Being part of the fellowship and serving in the church has been a constant in my life. It was while at a youth event at the Carolina Coliseum when I was 14 years old that the Lord made clear the work He had completed in me and moved me to publicly profess my faith. He created in me an understanding that Jesus is that savior who died in my place and for my sin that he would be my righteousness before the Father.  Through this work he has persevered me though every season of my life.  

I graduated from the University of South Carolina at Aiken in 1999.  I attended and served in my home church through college and in to my career in insurance with Travelers. I met Jennifer in early 2014 in a small group bible study connected to her church at the time. We were married in October 2015. In giving me the love of my life in my wife, he also provided me with and incredible six-year-old daughter in Jessilynn Isabell (Jessi). In September 2016, he blessed us with Margaret June (Maggie). In August of 2019 the Lord in his providence brought us to Rivercrest. By His grace we have been able to worship, find community, and to serve here. It is our honor to continue to serve this congregation as we look to our future and the future work of the Lord through Rivercrest.
