Ben Robertson
I was raised in Irmo, SC and was blessed to have grown up attending worship at St Andrews Presbyterian church with my parents. I joined the church and confessed my faith through communicants class at 13. I was involved in the youth group and young adult ministry while at St Andrews where God really started to shape and mold me for my walk with Christ. Through every season in my life God has reminded me that without Jesus my sins are too grave. It is by His grace that I am washed clean, and it is through Christ’s death on the cross and resurrection that I am saved.
I met my wife, Maddi in High School and we dated through out college while attending together the Young Adult Ministry lead by Adam and Lauri. I joined Rivercrest as a founding member while in college. After graduating from The University of South Carolina I started work at Ferguson in Charlotte, NC. After one year in Charlotte, by God’s providence, I was able, through Ferguson to move back to the Columbia area. Maddi and I were married in 2019 and started our life together here in Lexington. It is an honor and privilege to continue serving the Lord at Rivercrest, as we look forward in hope to an ever expanding horizon.
