I am a native of South Carolina. I can say that I was blessed by my parents who raised me in a Christian home. Early in my childhood I made a public profession of my faith. I attended the University of South Carolina where I met my wife, Michelle. We have been married for over 32 years. We have a son named Foster who is in medical school and a daughter named Grace Anne who is in graduate school. I am Vice President of Amick Farms where I have worked for 20+ years. I believe strongly and simply that there is a God. I desperately need that God. I believe that God, through great sacrifice of his Son, Jesus Christ, made a way for me to be with him now and for eternity. 

I have always been amazed at how God has worked in my life and the life of my family. One example of this is that God does not expect extraordinary talents, but instead, he expects an extraordinary commitment of ordinary talents from people like me. He wants me. He wants my family. He wants our church. He wants you. 

While at Rivercrest, I have been blessed through worship, fellowship, friendship, and service opportunities since the time we began attending over 2 years ago. I am humbled by the opportunity to serve the Rivercrest family in any way.
